Saleh Bari is a senior telecom consultant and technology leader with a strong track record of leading teams through complex BSS transformation programs. As CTO and Co-Founder of Exos Systems, Saleh leads the company’s technology strategy, product development, and innovation roadmap across telecom and enterprise BSS transformation work. His role spans strategy, architecture, software delivery, and client advisory.
