Challenge

Sure Telecom needed to modernize its BSS environment to support digital-first customer experiences across multiple Channel Islands jurisdictions. Legacy systems were siloed, customer journeys were fragmented, and the integration architecture lacked the flexibility to support the operator's strategic ambitions.

Previous transformation attempts had stalled at the planning stage, with competing vendor recommendations and no clear programme ownership.

Exos Response

Exos embedded a delivery team providing programme governance, solution architecture, and integration coordination. We established a TM Forum-aligned integration framework, defined the BSS target architecture, and led the vendor evaluation and selection process.
